This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") generally describes the actions prohibited by Andruss Computer Services, Inc., doing business as Internet 680 Network communications ("I680N"). I680N reserves the right to modify the terms of this AUP at any time, effective upon posting of the modified AUP on this site.

The I680N services simple and powerful tools to access the internet and to maintain professional websites with dynamic content. Your use of the I680N services is limited only by your goals and imagination. However, in view of the wide range of things you can do with I680N services, you should be aware that there are certain activities which are expressly forbidden. You agree to follow this AUP, and you acknowledge that I680N has the right to enforce this AUP in its sole discretion.

I680N services may only be used for lawful purposes. You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, or conventions including without limitation those related to data privacy, international communications, and exportation of technical or personal data. You shall not use the I680N services for any criminal or illegal activities or any activities which might be legally actionable.

I680N reserves the right to determine what constitutes net abuse and objectionable conduct. If I680N believes, in its sole discretion, that a violation of this AUP has occurred, it may take responsive action. Such action may include, but is not limited to, permanent removal of illegal or inappropriate information or content or suspension or termination of your access to the I680N services. Examples of objectionable conduct and content that violate this AUP are:

• posting of any information that is obscene, pornographic or grossly offensive to the online community
• planning or performing illegal activities, such as building a bomb or counterfeiting money
• advertising a lottery, a pyramid scheme or the like
• promoting any products or services that are unlawful in the location at which the content is posted or received
• posting of any content which infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
• introducing viruses, worms, harmful codes or Trojan horses
• spamming, flamming or other similar activities
• posting of defamatory and libelous statements or other statements which would violate any third party's privacy or publicity rights

Before you use the I680N services to receive, upload, download, display or distribute any third party information or content which is protected by intellectual property laws, you shall have acquired the legal right to do so from the owner or authorized licensee of such information or content.

Violations of system and network security are prohibited. You may not misuse system resources including but not limited to employing posts or programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space or resale of access to tools installed on our servers, etc.
